We use UPS and the USPS for all of shipping needs. This item ships within 3-5 business days. Candles require 2-week cure time before shipping.
Care Instructions
Candle:
- Trim wick to 1/4" before each burn
- Burn for 2-3 hours minimum to prevent tunneling
- Keep away from drafts and flammable materials
- Stop using when 1/2" of wax remains
- Vessel is refillable - return for 20% off your next candle!
Wax melts:
- Use in any wax warmer
- Each melt provides 8-10 hours of fragrance
- Do not add water to warmer
Returns and Exchanges
Candles: Unused candles may be returned within 14 days. Once burned, candles cannot be returned unless defective.
Wax melts: Cannot be returned once opened due to fragrance product nature.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at fourwindscandlecompany@gmail.com with photos for a replacement.
